With our Corporate Benefits Plan, we provide exclusive LASIK discounts and benefits to select companies in Nashville. If you’re an employee of one of these enrolled companies, the benefit plan is at no cost to you or your employer.

Review the following list to find out if your employer is part of our Corporate Benefits Plan. If your company is enrolled, you’ll need to bring a proof of employment with you to your exam (e.g. business card). You’ll then receive a discount on your LASIK surgery, along with special LASIK benefits!
