Join the ranks of the LASIK phenomenon… by entering our first ever video contest! We’re excited to watch the best of the best amateur or even professional filmographers battle it out to win some of our snazziest prizes. We want to know all the juicy details behind your decision to get LASIK. We’re calling on everyone from all walks of life to get on up and put together a little film. Once you’re happy with your creation, send it our way. Go to www.facebook.com/lodenvisionlasik, click on the ‘Contests’ tab, and submit your video. Don’t forget to become a fan while your there! After we’ve laughed/cried/rejoiced through all the submissions we will decided on four finalists.

Starting on March 20th our fans will have until June 7th to vote for the winners.

Winners will be announced on June 8th.

1st Place – FREE LASIK. The #1 champ will be granted a full reimbursement of their LASIK procedure.

2nd Place –The runner up will have to settle with using his/her renewed vision to watch television on a 40 inch Flatscreen HDTV.

3rd Place – The bronze medallist will receive an iTouch for their wonderful video submission.

Now don’t forget... after you have submitted your video be sure to call everyone you know and tell them to start voting once a day beginning March 24th.

And Here are the Rules:

1. Contestants must become a fan of Loden Vision Centers on Facebook (Loden Vision LASIK) to be considered for prizes.
   
   
2. Contestants must come in for a screening at a Loden Vision Centers location that determines that contestant is a LASIK candidate.
   
   
3. The contestant must submit a video to our facebook page, under the 'contests' tab, that answers the following questions:

Why did you decide to get LASIK?
How did you choose Loden Vision Centers?
How do you expect LASIK will change your life?

The winners will be chosen by the quality of their answers. This contest cannot be combined with any other promotion.
