In honor of Diabetes Awareness Month, Dr. Purohit, our Retinal Specialist, will be providing FREE Diabetic Eye Exams on the first three Wednesdays in the month of November! Below you will find a schedule of available dates and locations. Please complete the form below and a Patient Care Coordinator will be in touch to finalize your appointment time.

This will be a comprehensive diabetic eye exam and your eyes will be dilated. You should plan to bring a driver with you and a pair of sunglasses. This is a medical-only exam and will not include a refraction for a glasses prescription. This exam is free of charge and your insurance will not be billed. Available to new patients only.
