Recently I had Laser Assisted Cataract surgery at Rivergate location on right eye and then left eye. Dr. Terrence Doherty did my surgeries. He was so good explaining the entire process and answering my questions. He and his entire team are wonderful! Everyone at Loden were very helpful and made you feel comfortable. Loden vision near Rivergate is close to where I live and I love going there to have my eyes check. The facility is very nice and comfortable and the staff is phenomenal. I had two cataract surgeries about 5 years ago and everything went well. All the doctors I have seen are very nice, and informative when I ask all my questions. Dr. Katie Mills was pleasant, informative of the test results and treatment. Welcomed questions that I had. The front desk staff pleasantly greeted me with a smile and offered assistance on what I needed. The staff who performed the different tests that was needed to further evaluate cataract and glaucoma explained step by step on what to expect during the procedure and welcomed any questions I may have. The counselor explained and provided written information about the surgery and future appointments. Two thumbs up for a job well done. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will surely recommend this facility to family and friends.
