Recently I had Laser Assisted Cataract surgery at Rivergate location on right eye and then left eye. Dr. Terrence Doherty did my surgeries. He was so good explaining the entire process and answering my questions. He and his entire team are wonderful! Everyone at Loden were very helpful and made you feel comfortable. Loden vision near Rivergate is close to where I live and I love going there to have my eyes check. The facility is very nice and comfortable and the staff is phenomenal. I had two cataract surgeries about 5 years ago and everything went well. All the doctors I have seen are very nice, and informative when I ask all my questions. Dr. Doherty did my LASIK procedure yesterday. My vision was amazingly better immediately after the surgery and has only continued to improve. I can see at least as well as I could with my glasses or contacts if not better. The team at Loden was incredible and put me at ease throughout the whole process.

I went here by accident because I had an appointment somewhere else, but they were so nice that I just got my prescription and came back to get 2 pairs of glasses. Jacqui is a whole angel and needs either a raise or promotion.

Had Lasik done in March 2022, staff was very helpful and nice. Everything went well and scheduling was pretty smooth. Only issue was follow up appointments that were in the afternoon generally had 1 hour wait times after scheduled. However, this was negated by their ability to schedule me in last minute when I was moving and they didnt have anything available. When I had morning follow ups it only took about 20 min.
