Recently I had Laser Assisted Cataract surgery at Rivergate location on right eye and then left eye. Dr. Terrence Doherty did my surgeries. He was so good explaining the entire process and answering my questions. He and his entire team are wonderful! Everyone at Loden were very helpful and made you feel comfortable. Loden vision near Rivergate is close to where I live and I love going there to have my eyes check. The facility is very nice and comfortable and the staff is phenomenal. I had two cataract surgeries about 5 years ago and everything went well. All the doctors I have seen are very nice, and informative when I ask all my questions. The entire process was more than I expected! I was nervous when first going in about the surgery because of not knowing what to expect, but they were very informative and helped me to understand the entire process and what to expect. Every visit went quicker than expected, but I never felt rushed through. The day of the surgery I was very nervous, but the staff and doctor explained everything that was going to happen just before it happened. I was there for about two hours (as they had previously explained), but the actual LASIK only took about 15 minutes. On the way home, I felt a little discomfort (left eye felt dry and right eye felt like something was in it), but went home and took a nap as instructed and was good to go! I followed the post op instructions and didnt feel anymore discomfort. The next day, my vision was great (a little foggy, but that was expected). I was so impressed by everything, I immediately text my friend who has been looking into having it done herself. I HIGHLY recommend Loren Vision for this procedure and am so impressed, I plan on using them for my annual checkups!

I have been seeing Dr. Barberic for the past year following eye surgery with Dr. Loden. It was the best decision to trust in Loden Vision. It is nice to visit the Smyrna office and their welcoming staff. I feel comfortable asking any questions. Highly recommend.

Overall, I would say that my experience here was excellent. In the past, I regularly went to places like Lens Crafters to have my vision needs taken care of, but I always just felt like another account and not like a valued customer. I must say that Abigail at the front desk was very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable which was a major improvement over other competitors right off the bat. Dr. Haddad was very friendly and straightforward about what was going on with my vision status and what they would mean currently and going forward, which is much more than Im used to with competitors just jotting numbers and leaving me uninformed. To finish it all off, Tommy in the prescription department was very friendly and personal. He spent time with me to explain my results and to help me find glasses to help fit my needs and also stay in my budget!I hope that this long review really tells you how valued I felt at this Loden Vision Center and how badly you need to drop your current vision specialists to go see these experts!

I just had my LASIK eye surgery yesterday and cant thank Dr Loden and staff enough! Im immediately seeing 20/20 and wish I visited sooner. I highly recommend coming in and visiting Loden Vision.
