Coronavirus (COVID) Notice to Patients

Our doctors and staff are committed to keeping our patients and community safe during the outbreak of COVID-19. Effective Monday, May 4th we will be reopening all Loden Vision Centers locations!

Appointments – Virtual & In Person!

Virtual consultations and telemedicine appointments have allowed Loden Vision Centers to remain in contact and able to treat our patients. We will continue to offer these appointment types alongside our in person appointments for a period of time.

New COVID Protocols for In-Person Appointments

We have updates our policy for the safety of our patients and staff. Effective Monday, May 4th please follow these guidelines for in-office appointments.

  1. Upon arriving at Loden Vision Centers, please remain in your vehicle. A staff member will greet you and confirm your appointment
  2. The staff member will ask about recent travel, COVID-19 symptoms and will check your temperature
  3. You will be asked to complete any additional paperwork while you remain in your vehicle

Additional Precautions

  • Two days prior to your in-office appointment, a staff member will call you for a COVID pre-screening
  • Staff will be screened upon arrival
  • Patients with a temperature over 100 degrees will not be permitted inside the building
  • All direct patient care staff will be outfitted with a N-95 mask
  • We ask patients to wear masks if they have them
  • We will remain 6 feet apart in common areas
  • Our staff will be sanitizing our office frequently including but not limited to door handles, countertops, pens, clipboards, slit lamp, exam chair, etc.

Emergency Appointments

We want to make sure that you know that we are available to you in emergent situations. You can reach medical staff, and be seen by a doctor in case of an emergency.

Many thanks to Doctor Loden and his amazing staff! They made something that would otherwise be very intimidating very comforting. Their professionalism and service was off the charts. I am so thankful to Dr. Loden. My results from my LASIK surgery were instant. I don't have hardly any vision distortion and it 1 day post surgery, it will just keep getting better each day. I see better now than I've ever been able to with glasses or contacts. I so recommend Dr. Loden!!!

Provided by Citysearch - Thanks to Dr. Loden and his staff. I had LASIK yesterday with the guarantee that I would have 20/20 or better. Now it's the day after and sure enough I have 20/20 in both eyes and Dr. Loden says "it will only get better." Everything he has said has been spot on so there is no need to doubt him now. His staff was the nicest people I've ever met in a business environment. If anyone deserves a award it would be Loden Vision Center.
