I feel it is a little premature to be asked to fill this out but I have had my first laser robotic cataract surgery at Loden vision Center, Goodlettsville have found all the staff to be very responsive customer oriented. My impression to date is that the center is well managed by Dr. Loden desires to have staff be customer oriented. I found Leanna, Lily Callie especially patient kind. I also made a phone call to the office this morning post operatively was favorably impressed to have my call returned before the holiday weekend promptly (I think by Beverly).. To date I am left with the impression that a value is placed on customer service.
