Great Dr visit with Dr Hopkins today!

Appointment went well. Everyone that I saw knew their positions very well. Each phase of the exam went smooth like clock work. It was the most thorough and extensive eye exam that I have ever had. I appreciated the time and patience each tech took to walk me through the process and explain all of my concerns. I will definitely refer family and friends to Dr. James Loden of Loden Vision Center. As a person that was struggling with Insurance in network out of network shenanigans. I have for almost 2 months been trying to have cataract surgery. So, angry and fed up and just wanting to be able to drive at night and get back to my somewhat normal life. I went into this appointment in a very Pixxy mood. NO fault of theirs. Dr. Parker made sure he could do whatever legally possible to help me to feel better and get this show on the road.
