They were on time, very friendly and quite thorough.

The lead technician (before I saw the doctor) was very experienced and thorough. She was really nice. The doctor was also very nice and I felt all my questions and concerns were addressed. My optician wasnt as well trained on the Meta frames, which are becoming more popular, but she was really nice and working gleefully on her birthday. I recommend having a Ray Ban rep come in and train your opticians asap. If I had not already done my own research I would not have made my purchase because of the lack of training and demo frames available.

Wonderful staff

Dr. Joseph Parker is very polite. Always greet you with a handshake when he walks in the room. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have not had any issues yet. Since I have been going and I have been going for 3 years now.
