Recently I had Laser Assisted Cataract surgery at Rivergate location on right eye and then left eye. Dr. Terrence Doherty did my surgeries. He was so good explaining the entire process and answering my questions. He and his entire team are wonderful! Everyone at Loden were very helpful and made you feel comfortable. Loden vision near Rivergate is close to where I live and I love going there to have my eyes check. The facility is very nice and comfortable and the staff is phenomenal. I had two cataract surgeries about 5 years ago and everything went well. All the doctors I have seen are very nice, and informative when I ask all my questions. Stellar service from the Loden team. It runs like the well oiled machine it is. Sort of long wait (I live so far from sx center that I opted to arrive early to avoid morning rush hour traffic) but when my time came up, I was in and out in 15-20 minutes. And this morning, with just one eye done, I can read the thermostat from across the room without my glasses. That hasnt happened for me since the third grade!

Dr. James C. Loden performed two cataract surgeries on me in March, 2024. I was terrified at the thought of anyone performing surgery on my eyes. However, my husband had a very positive experience with Dr. Loden many years before. Dr. Loden and his entire staff could not have been more compassionate and comforting. The procedures were performed with great skill and professionalism. I am amazed at the improvement of my long distance and intermediate vision. I highly recommend the Loden Vision Centers for anyone who needs to see clearly again and is fearful!

My LASIK experience at Loden was top notch. I consulted with Loden Vision and the other big vision center in Nashville and I chose Loden because their staff is so kind and their straight forward pricing. The other place tried to upsell with extra add-ons and insurance for LASIK, which seemed gimmicky and made me uncomfortable. Surgery day was a breeze and took about 2 hours total. Dr. Loden explained everything he was about to do and was very reassuring throughout the procedure. Im one day post-op and my vision is 20/15! Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend Loden Vision.

I had the PRK procedure done and I am overwhelmingly satisfied with my results. Dr. Loden and his team were above and beyond with their thoroughness, attention to detail, and friendliness. I cannot recommend them enough, from the initial consultation appointment to the post-op appointment I just had, they make you feel truly cared for and leave you without worry. I can confidently say if I had to do this again I would change nothing about the team of professionals I chose to do it with. Thank you Dr. Loden and team!!
