I was cutting branches and one came back and hit me in the eye. It was a Saturday evening about 7:00. I called Visionworks and the doctor on call said he would get me someone to call. He did not think I needed to wait until Monday. I called the first two he sent me and I have no luck. I text him back and he said call Loden Vision. Dr. Judd texted me right back. He also said he did not want me to wait until Monday and wanted to know how soon I could get there. By this time it was 8:00 pm. I told him I could be there by 9:00 pm. He was there waiting on me when I got there. The branch had cut my cornea. He doctored my eye and was so kind. He did not ask me for anything other than to call on Monday and make an appointment to have it checked on Tuesday. I even ask him to make a copy of my insurance card. The office called me and set up my appointment with Dr. Loden for the follow up and to remove the contact that covered the cut. They could not have been any nicer and I am so thankful for them helping me when no one else would. Thank you

I went from iLASIK consultation to 20/20 vision in less than 30 days. I felt ZERO pressure to book with them during my consultation, and felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Mills was great before, during, and after. I saw a few different technicians and staff throughout my process and every single one was warm, welcoming, and friendly. I highly recommend for anyone with vision needs.
