Recently I had Laser Assisted Cataract surgery at Rivergate location on right eye and then left eye. Dr. Terrence Doherty did my surgeries. He was so good explaining the entire process and answering my questions. He and his entire team are wonderful! Everyone at Loden were very helpful and made you feel comfortable. Loden vision near Rivergate is close to where I live and I love going there to have my eyes check. The facility is very nice and comfortable and the staff is phenomenal. I had two cataract surgeries about 5 years ago and everything went well. All the doctors I have seen are very nice, and informative when I ask all my questions. The staff is amazing! The efficiency of the entire group is amazing! Customer service like this is just not found these days anywhere.. except here! Ive had nothing short of a 5 star experience - I could go on and on!Dr Loden was full of care and coached me through the whole laser treatment, I was not scared, it was so easy, everyone takes amazing care of you.They are honest, this is not like a sales team trying to get your money. They will let you know if youre not a candidate. I had dry eye and he helped correct it so I was able to do LASIK instead of PRK.They double check everything and offer more than anyone else I spoke with. Im so thankful I found this place and did not go anywhere else!
