Recently I had Laser Assisted Cataract surgery at Rivergate location on right eye and then left eye. Dr. Terrence Doherty did my surgeries. He was so good explaining the entire process and answering my questions. He and his entire team are wonderful! Everyone at Loden were very helpful and made you feel comfortable. Loden vision near Rivergate is close to where I live and I love going there to have my eyes check. The facility is very nice and comfortable and the staff is phenomenal. I had two cataract surgeries about 5 years ago and everything went well. All the doctors I have seen are very nice, and informative when I ask all my questions. I cant say enough about the staff at this location. They are always so kind and truly pleasant to be around. Jennifer in particular has gone above and beyond for me - helping me pick out my glasses by what we thought looked best, calling to get the color I wanted, genuinely caring and remembering me when I came back to pick them up. SHE alone would get my 5 stars - but all of yall are great!

Overall had the best experience here!!! Everyone I interacted was so kind and welcoming! I needed glass asap and they helped me get an appointment fast and I got my glasses a few hours after my appointment! Definitely recommend coming here if you want friendly genuine service!

Loden vision center in Tennessee is the only vision center in three states that will allow you to pass on an IV. Im so happy I found Terrence Doherty, besides being a great eye doctor he cares about his patients not just the money. Hes the only one I trust with my eye care needs.
