Recently I had Laser Assisted Cataract surgery at Rivergate location on right eye and then left eye. Dr. Terrence Doherty did my surgeries. He was so good explaining the entire process and answering my questions. He and his entire team are wonderful! Everyone at Loden were very helpful and made you feel comfortable. Loden vision near Rivergate is close to where I live and I love going there to have my eyes check. The facility is very nice and comfortable and the staff is phenomenal. I had two cataract surgeries about 5 years ago and everything went well. All the doctors I have seen are very nice, and informative when I ask all my questions. Friendly, professional and clean facility. I liked the assistant and doctor and felt very good about the examination. The optician was honest and helpful about helping me choose a frame. She explained everything about my insurance coverage to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Loden Vision Center for your eye care health.

The office and staff were very friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They made my experience less stressful by being patient and answering my questions. They also assisted me with any help I needed. Would recommend to anyone needing vision services.

I highly recommend Dr. Bernard and his team for their exceptional care and professionalism. Dr. Bernard assured me that they could effectively address my vision issues, and he took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions regarding the corrective procedures available. Samantha was attentive and detailed in her explanations of the processes involved, while Andrea efficiently handled the scheduling and cost discussions, accommodating my busy timetable. The teams genuine concern for their clients is evident, making one feel valued and at ease throughout the experience. I am grateful for the prompt scheduling and the outstanding professionalism displayed, which certainly deserves a five-star rating.
