First visit, after first experience excellent ability to discuss in detail with a surgical team member before Deciding to make an appointment. Every member of their team provided additional information and the doctor was patient and attentive and clearly explained options and risks. I have scheduled surgery as a former rk patient and will follow up with another review a few months after the surgery.
