Had an amazing experience with Loden (Nashville branch)! Everyone I encountered from start to finish was friendly and accommodating. Nothing was pushed & I could ask as many questions as I want. Ive had so many issues with my eyes in the past, and never had such a seamless experience with a doctors office or procedure before.
