Dr. Loden and all of his staff (including the staff at the Smyrna location) were absolutely amazing throughout my whole LASIK process. From helping me work through insurance issues, thoroughly explaining the process and after care, to making the actual procedure as comfortable as possible. Dr. Loden was fantastic about explaining what was going on as he was doing it during the surgery which helped eased a lot of my anxiety as well.
