I want to give a shout to David in Optical. My husband and I both ordered glasses at the Rivergate office and my son was scheduled for Lasix 2 weeks later at the Green Hills office. When the glasses came in he made sure they were taken from the Rivergate location to the Green Hills office prior to my son's procedure. I can't think of a better example of excellent customer service. THANK YOU!

Yesterday I had a checkup after I had cataract surgery on both eyes. Like all my visits to this office I was treated with great care by everyone that I met there. Everyone treated me as if in a professional manner and showed great concern to make sure that everything went smoothly. I am supremely happy with my eyes now! From Dr. Loden and Dr. Carrico, to all the nurses, aids, front desk and office help, everyone made me feel that I was the most important patient in the office.
