Dr Fay is the best. She spends the time with you to make sure that you are going to see when you walk out of Loden. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The facility is very organized and clean. I would recommend anyone that is wanting the eye care that will for sure let you see when you walk out the door to go to Loden. I have had a bad experience at another eye care facility And normally I wouldnt mention the other facility (Vision Works) and would not recommend taking your dog to them as they dont know what they are doing. My eye care is a important part of my daily routine and I dont usually write reviews but I cant say enough GREAT things about Loden. I have found a eye care facility that I can trust. Thanks Dr Fay and your team for helping me see again after two horrible years with Vision Works. You and your team are the best. Look forward to seeing you in the future. No punt intended.

I had a Lasik this morning and I cannot brag on the staff enough! They walked me through everything and made me feel right at home. Big thank you to Dr Doherty and Shenna for taking such good care of me! Im so glad I had this done at Loden!
