The examination was very thorough. They were very knowledgeable and professional. But when it comes to the financial end they were very lackluster in helping with all the particulars. They use a outside source for their surgery center. Which I was supposed to hear from the next day, which I did NOT. When I called the surgery center oh my the girl that handles this is off. I asked if she was the only one handling the insurance and I was told she would get back to me next week. I need to know what I need to pay.

I want to give a shout to David in Optical. My husband and I both ordered glasses at the Rivergate office and my son was scheduled for Lasix 2 weeks later at the Green Hills office. When the glasses came in he made sure they were taken from the Rivergate location to the Green Hills office prior to my son's procedure. I can't think of a better example of excellent customer service. THANK YOU!
