This location was recommended by a family physician. Although the ophthalmologists have changed frequently, they have all been very good. The opticians are outstanding and go above and beyond with suggestions and making sure our glasses fit just right. The front desk staff are patient and kind. Two of my family members have had successful cataract surgery as well with Loden.The ONLY downside with Loden is their call center. Calls dont go to local locations and the agents who answer the phone are not trained well at all and many times they arent staffed enough to even answer the phone. As a call center expert ( I used to speak at those conferences) this is a terrible first impression and causes unnecessary stress for the customers. Loden needs to rethink this model as it has been happening for years and never gotten better. Is staffing economies of scale worth it if you subject your customers to a hot mess constantly? I literally got disconnected during a call and when I called right back, that agent had gone to break.Apparently, my call wasnt important enough to finish!
