I was a long-time contact wearer and had struggled with them for years, so deciding to explore LASIK felt big. From the very first consult, I never felt pushed or rushed; only genuinely supported and cared for.After my consult, I wanted my husband to come in as well. Once he was deemed a good candidate, the team went above and beyond to make the entire process easy for us. They coordinated our procedures and follow-up appointments so we could be scheduled together, which made a huge difference and showed how thoughtful and accommodating they are.The procedure itself was completely seamless, and our results so far have been amazing. What really stood out was the personal care. Even after the procedure, the doctor personally called later that day to check in. That level of attentiveness meant so much and truly made us feel like we were in the best hands.Every single staff member was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. The service was outstanding, and the environment was warm and reassuring throughout the entire experience. If youre considering LASIK, we couldnt recommend this office more highly.
