I had been to Loden for other services before but this was my first time getting an eye exam with glasses. I saw Dr Judd who was great and I knew him from a different practice and maybe because we were talking about other things and catching up, I never heard how my eyesight actually was. They did tests and gave me a new rx and I ordered new glasses (which was a great experience) but I have no idea how my eye health actually is. Perhaps when I go back to get my glasses, they can give me the results of the tests that they did.

Dr Mills is always great along with everyone there

I.had my first appointment with Dr. Hackett and everything went well. He was friendly, compassionate and explained to me what was going on with my eye issues. I look forward to making Loden Vision my new eye vision.care center.The staff were all friendly and explained the procedures being performed as well. I have been seeing shadows in my left eye and was examined by a tech name Lynlea (sp) and then Dr. Hackett. He has referred me to Dr Barahimi at Vanderbilt. Jennifer with Loden is setting that up. Bed side manner has always been very important to me and these three are at the top of my list. Dealt with me with extreme care, explained everything much to my satisfaction and assured me Dr. Barahimi will take care of my situation much to my satisfaction also. I would not consider any other eye care center than LODENs. They are the best.

Very friendly people, I would recommend this office. Getting my cataract surgery soon.
