Dr. Loden and his whole team were absolutely amazing. About 12 years ago I worked for a different LASIK company in a different state, so I have some previous experience. The difference between Loden Vision and the other company are night and day. I was blown away with how efficient and patient focused this office is ran. The entire process took about 2 hours, which is so impressive. The previous company I worked for would have patients wait 4 to 6 hours, for a 10 minute procedure. The staff and the doctors answered all my questions, and never once tried to sell me anything. I now have better than 20/20 vision and no longer have to bother with contacts. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, because they truly offer top notch service!!

The confidence instilled after going through the initial screening process made the decision of where to go completely obvious. Theyre courteous, very clear, concise and kind.Dr. Loden kept me at peace during the procedure.The only regret I have is I didnt choose this for myself sooner.Thank you for performing miracles.

Went in for ilasik with Dr. Hatchet and Dr. Loden. Left eye underwent the laser and right eye had pivot to PRK. Staff was incredible about explaining why we had to pivot and were so kind and thoughtful. Willing to work with you on pricing as well. Which was huge. Of note, for other patients- take the Valium they give you! Highly recommend the Loden office
