I saw Dr Hackett at Loden in Goodlettsville, TN. He was nice. The staff was friendly. I did not have to wait a long time. I scheduled an appointment for cataract surgery that day.

Went today for a LASIK consultation. Great experience from the beginning to the end. Everyone was absolutely a pleasure to deal with and I will be getting my procedure done here.

Loden Vision doctors do such a good job with my mother in law and my mother. As we age, we want great care in case we need things like our mothers. They address every family history question we have with patience, skill and knowledge of my eyes. Then they always want to know if we were treated well by all their employees. The answer is yes. We are treated with respect, gently, compassionately and feel valued when we leave.

Dr. Hackett is a great eye doctor. I am very pleased with his service. He is very knowledgeable with a pleasing personality. His staff always welcome me with a smile.
