Dr Mills is top notch. Ive had the privilege of being under her care a few times through the years and she is always at the top of her game. She also did surgery in both eyes for my brother, who absolutely loves her. Finally, she is the one who will be performing surgery on my right eye in the near future. Look no farther, shes the doctor/surgeon youre looking for!
