The technician was very thorough...Afterwards I spent more time waiting for the Dr than the actual examination. The dr suggested lubricating eye drops and would give me samples which I never received. The billing rep went to the ba k to see if she could get the samples or the name of the drops...she then said she would have the de contact me...a week later I have heard nothing

Ive had the same front counter person for three years. She always seems so cheerful and helpful. Dr. May and her staff have it together and do a great job.
