If I could rate Loden Vision 10* I would.I got excellent customer service , just knowing I found the right vision place.They do everything...I cant wait to get my new eye glasses...
Great visit with personable doctor. She was easy to talk to and actually waiting for me at the exam room door when I walked in. In all of my 68 years, I dont think I havent had to wait on a doctor. 🙂
I was made to feel completely comfortable. The professionals were all very approachable and eager to help and answer questions. As a former customer service supervisor I was extremely impressed. All of my questions were answered and I would definitely recommend Loden.
